About the Position:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate is a strategic seller who is able to identify opportunities using a discovery process, communicate the SingleFile value proposition, demonstrate our solution, and close for implementation. The Account Executive will report to the Head of Revenue and work closely with the customer success team to activate accounts as well as other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive new business and expand our customer base
- Meet with law firm partners and compliance executives to discover pain points that we solve
- Demonstrate our platform to help customers understand the value of our solution
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure monthly targets are met or exceeded
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the legal or technology industries
- Demonstrated success in a previous position lasting more than 2 years
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, such as Hubspot and ZoomInfo
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for selling technology and solving customer problems
