Title: Partner Success Manager
Reports to: Head of Customer Success
Location: Remote Home Office / must be located in the US
Compensation range: Up to 100K base plus a 25% quarterly incentive compensation

Our Partner Success Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing the value of partnerships and ensuring the mutual success of all involved parties. As a Partner Success Manager, you will focus on enhancing partner satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and fostering collaboration to achieve common business goals. You will manage these partners by establishing and maintaining a communication cadence with your portfolio and providing proactive reporting on their status internally. Candidates ideal for this role are tenacious about growth, goal-oriented, and have experience building detailed plans with partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage a book of 50-100 Partner accounts and responsible for overall net retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of partnership initiatives and projects.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing them with the necessary resources, training, and support to successfully kickstart the partnership.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics of partnerships, evaluating their effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing partnerships, such as upselling additional products or services, expanding into new markets, or introducing joint initiatives.
- Address any concerns or challenges raised by partners promptly and professionally, working towards mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of partnerships, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers referred by partners are successful and that CSMs understand the goals and needs of those customers. The Partner Success Manager will update Partner Accounts regarding their referred customers.
- The Partner Success Manager will oversee the success and outcomes of all referred Partner customers owned by the Customer Success team.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge exchange between partners to enhance collaboration and mutual success.
- Maintain strong referenceability across your portfolio.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Post-sales account management or existing account growth experience, successfully managing a portfolio of customer or partner relationships with technical/product needs.
- Experience with full ownership of the account lifecycle and exceeding revenue targets or goals (quota).
- Demonstrate genuine care for your partners and view their success as your own, showcasing empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with thorough record-keeping in tools/CRM.
- Demonstrate flexibility, a quick learning curve, and the ability to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (both internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment.
- General experience with or knowledge of software applications, such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Apps, etc.
- Experience in the SaaS space. Experience in the Legal Tech space is a plus.
